Peter Hutson is a non-independent executive director of the Abano board.

A qualified Audiologist, Peter was a founding director and shareholder in Bay Audiology Ltd and Dilworth Hearing Ltd.

He is currently the Executive Chairman and a shareholder in Bay International (in which Abano has a 50 percent shareholding). He is also director and an interested party of Healthcare Industry Limited, which has a shareholding in Abano.
